Dune. The book by Frank Herbert. You've probably heard of it. I believe it is called a classic sci-fi book. I happen to agree with that description. Um. I can't actually say much about the book itself without ruining it, I think. Also becasue I've been reading all the sequels and prequel-sequels. xD Only two and a half before I've finished them all, I think.

I've read the first four books. I agree in that they're very good, but they get very sluggish and hard to read at times, increasingly through the series. I had to stop at God Emperor of Dune >_<

God-Emperor is definately the most confusing book in the series. But in the end, it's worth it to read everything, just for the last book (Hunters of Dune). But that only really applies if you read all the prequels, as well as the main series.
